E-Macity Development SMS Test

Program Operator

The E-Macity Development SMS Test is operated by Philip Bondarchuk through the E-Macity website at e-macity.com.

Program Description

This program sends one-time, non-marketing development test messages to the owner and developer of E-Macity at his own opted-in mobile phone number.

Messages are used only to test SMS delivery and delivery of links to public pages on e-macity.com from a .NET development application. Messages are not sent to customers, purchased contacts, or members of the general public.

Consent

By entering a mobile phone number on the E-Macity SMS consent form, selecting the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and clicking Record SMS Consent, the participant expressly consents to receive the development test messages described above.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is typically one message per manually initiated development test.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the E-Macity Development SMS Test.

After replying STOP, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message. No additional test messages will be sent unless consent is provided again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by the carrier, mobile device, network conditions, or other factors outside E-Macity's control.
