The E-Macity Development SMS Test is operated by Philip Bondarchuk through the E-Macity website.

Information Collected

When a visitor voluntarily chooses to participate in the optional E-Macity Development SMS Test, the only personal information collected is the mobile phone number entered on the SMS preference form. Visitors who decline SMS are not required to provide a mobile phone number.

E-Macity also retains a record that SMS consent was affirmatively submitted for that mobile phone number.

How the Information Is Used

The mobile phone number is used only to send one-time, non-marketing development test messages requested by the owner and developer of E-Macity.

These messages are used to test SMS delivery and delivery of links to public pages on e-macity.com from a .NET development application.

Mobile phone numbers are not used for advertising, promotions, general marketing, or unsolicited communications.

Sharing of Mobile Information

E-Macity does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be processed by messaging and email service providers only as necessary to record consent, deliver a requested test message, maintain delivery records, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies and is typically one message per manually initiated development test. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

The mobile phone number and related consent or delivery records are retained only as reasonably necessary to document consent, perform development testing, troubleshoot delivery issues, prevent misuse, or meet applicable legal requirements.
