E-Macity Development SMS Consent

This form is used by the owner and developer of E-Macity to record consent before testing SMS delivery from an E-Macity .NET development application.

Messages are sent only to the developer's own opted-in mobile phone number. This program is not used to message customers, purchased contacts, or members of the general public.

Mobile Phone Number Enter the mobile number in E.164 format, including the country code, such as +15551234567.

I consent to receive one-time, non-marketing development test messages from Philip Bondarchuk through the E-Macity Development SMS Test at the mobile number provided. Messages are used to test SMS and public-link delivery from an E-Macity .NET development application. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per manually initiated test. Recording consent does not send an SMS message. After consent is recorded, the developer manually initiates a test message from the local .NET development application or Postman.
